Tattvayoga is formed to establish a reformed definition of Yog that goes beyond the physical form. When we say Yog It is more than a few stretches or asanas. 

It includes the ancient technique of Himalayan Meditation introduced by Shree Shivkrupanand Swamiji. This 800yr old form of meditation acquired from Himalayan Gurus helps improve mental health, and lifestyle and takes you towards spiritual progress. 

It is all about shifting your focus from the mortal existence of the body to immortality which is the soul.

  • What kind of yoga do you teach?
    We focus on full body fitness based on various yoga techniques. That's why it's Sampoorn Yoga. All our sessions comprise of joint movements, asanas, pranayama and meditation. We also provide guidance on various conditions like back pain, thyroid, PCOS, diabetes and various others. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS EYES exercises Movements that strengthen and condition the muscles in your eye structure. Improve vision, treat symptoms of dry eye, and decrease eye strain. NECK exercises For better blood flow to brain and help maintain serotonin levels. (Serotonin is the key hormone that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. It also helps with sleeping, eating, and digestion.) BALANCING exercises The physical benefits are strength, stability, coordination and improved posture. Off the mat, balance asanas helps in relieving stress and reducing inner tension. Also, they improve focus, concentration and memory. POSTURE exercises When one is stronger & more flexible, posture improves. Yoga poses to develop core strength, since one needs core muscles to support & maintain each pose. With a stronger core, one is more likely to sit & stand "tall." Yoga also helps in body awareness. PRANAYAMA The exercise balances the right and left sides of the brain and body, and can be used to calm and bring a sense of clarity to an overstimulated mind. MEDITATION Better focus & concentration, improved self-awareness & self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety.
  • Which of your classes is best suited for me?
    All our classes are meant for beginners & intermediate yoga practitioners and are designed for overall health and fitness. You can always switch instructors as you wish.
  • How big is the class size?
    We have around 30 members in a class to ensure personal attention from trainer.
  • Can I access classes at any time?
    Yes, you can access any of the live classes during the day, six days a week. You may join anyone, anytime.
  • Do you have Diet chart program?
    Though we will share with you healthy eating guidelines and information on yogic diet upon joining, you can get a consultation with our expert Ayurvedacharya for advanced and personalized diet-plan. These services will be launched soon and priced separately.
  • How do I subscribe for 1 month, 7 AM to 8 AM batch?
    Once you subscribe, there's no limitation on which batch you can join. All you need to do is click on Book Now button, sign up and pay for your preferred plan. After that, you can join any class in the morning from 7 to 11 AM and evening from 4 to 7 PM. 😇
